Many people that are looking to downsize and move into their tiny dream
home are discouraged by the fact that one or more setbacks in their life has
caused them to have less than stellar credit.  One way to make your dreams
come true is to buy Owner Financed Land.  Generally, when land is offered
with owner financing options there is little or no credit check necessary.  This
allows the buyer to purchase land that he may not otherwise be able to
because of requirements by traditional banks.

In a situation where land is financed by the owner, or a Contract For Deed,
the buyer makes payments directly to the seller.  The seller holds the title to
the land until the final payment is made by the buyer. If you are considering
buying land with owner financing one thing you should keep in mind is the
interest rate in a loan directly from the land owner is usually higher than the
interest rate you would get at a traditional bank.

The links below will take you to pages for each state where you can find
owner financed land for sale.  Since this is a new section on the site, many of
the states are not active yet, but we will be adding links quickly.  If you have
owner financed land for sale and would like it listed on one of the State pages,
please contact admin@tinygreenhouses.com and provide either a link to a
website or pictures, or include pictures and information of the land in an email
and we will add it to the directory.
